Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@drmorans.com if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the issue.

 

Returns

You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product via info@drmorans.com. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

 

How do I arrange a return?

To start a return, contact us at info@drmorans.com.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.

Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed and have to be paid by the customer.

 

Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

We will gladly refund postage costs to return an item in the event that you received the wrong item. 

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

We take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, however, due to external issue, it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

It is best to accept the delivery and to contact us immediately as a return result in delays.

Contact us at info@drmorans.com and attach pictures of the damage so we can review the details and resolve your query.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
